Great buy for this quality! I hate furniture shopping when I need a match and was reluctant to start shopping—too easy to make a nonreturnable mistake. Costco’s return policy and excellent reviews gave us confidence to order. Vickie at USA-Chair sent swatches fast and answered all my questions promptly, both evenings and weekends. (Amazing! I have no idea when she sleeps!) These chairs look terrific in our upscale living room with our cream-colored sofa, and they would work well in our casual family room, too. The lines of the chair are lovely. The warm off-white color is more cream than in the picture, which looks slightly golden, and the visual texture of the fabric is beautiful. They are very comfortable for me at 5'2" and my husband at 5'10", with great back support and a firm cushion. They have a generous seat size, so I think these chairs would be comfortable for a larger person, too. The seat cushion sticks out about an extra half inch too far, but all of our furniture cushions do stick out a bit more than the base so the extra half inch on these chairs is a little farther than usual but not too bad. The chairs are a little noisy sitting down, but that seems to be the texture of the fabric rubbing between the seat cushion and the back—which is not annoying, just noticeable. The arms are a little high but comfortable, and they make the chair distinctive. Unexpected bonus touches are the hooks to keep the cushion in place and a fabric swatch sewn under the cushion to take shopping. Not much instruction is provided for installing the legs but not much was needed by looking at the online picture. The instruction sheet was slipped behind the cushion, which we discovered after we put on the legs and turned the chair upside down to take off the rest of the covering. Most chairs sit too deep, or too low, or too soft for our liking. These chairs seem excellent in all respects, and I expect over time the cushions will slightly mellow but remain firm—which my knees will love. Kudos to USA-Chair and Costco for offering such a good deal on very nice furniture!

Made by USA Chairs, these chairs are much better built then the average chair at this fantastic price. I purchased 4 of them to use in a grouping. They are firm but very comfortable and moderate in size. Vickie at USA chairs was so helpful and she sent me a sample of the upholstery fabric of these chairs that Costco sells. There is even a video on their website showing how the chairs are made and where and how the upholstery fabric for them is made. I did spray my chairs when they arrived with Vectra fabric protector since they are offwhite in color. I recommend these chairs and hope that USA Chairs will start offering duck cloth slipcovers for them in the near future and a perhaps a swivel option(?) That would be almost too good to believe! Great product, great price. Costco will take them back if you don't like them , so it's a No-Brainer in my opinion!

Ordered my chairs on-line and they arrived in only 4 days. Well packaged and easy to unpack and install the screw on legs. Fabric is durable, yet soft and comfortable. They look great and fit in well with most color schemes. For the money, quality and service, these chairs can't be beat. I've shopped local stores and would have paid a lot more for a similar product. The Fed Ex Ground Driver was very helpful and friendly, which made this a great seamless experience. If you don't like them, just return them to your local store. I love Costco!

The chairs are comfortable and just the right size. We contacted the manufacturer on two occasions. We got fabric samples and ordered arm covers. They responded quickly and pleasantly. We are very happy with our purchase.

Great quality and price. Shopped around and it would have cost me the same and more for just one chair. Packaging perfect upon arrival. Great customer service from the vendor - returned calls quickly, and able to order arm covers and a matching ottoman. Definitely keep this vendor on the Costco list.

First, Vickie at USA Chairs (manufacturer) sent me swatches, made suggestions and was terrific. I placed my order on Labor Day, and the chairs were at my house on Thursday, just three days later! The packaging was excellent; the chairs were very well protected. One of the reasons I purchased these without ever having sat in one is Costco's guarantee and the knowledge that I could return them. Well, included with my warranty registration info was a note telling me to save the packaging and, if I didn't like them, Costco would send Fedex back to my house to pick them up so that I didn't have to try to get them to a Costco store! I was blown away by this level of service. And the chairs are gorgeous; I am so pleased that I've already ordered a matching ottoman through USA Chair. Costco scores again!

Wow! these chairs are beautiful, high quality and SOO comfy! Great support with such supreme comfort! How did they do that? I have very expensive "butter-soft" leather recliners in my home and I now prefer to sit in this chair. The covering will obviously last a long time; the soft pattern in this cream-colored material adds interest but does not "stand out" allowing for use with existing furniture. Send for a swatch before purchasing. Vickie at USA Chair was great to work with. The chairs arrive quickly and are wrapped in white cloth to protect them as you put the legs on. The angled legs go in the BACK and angle toward the back. Instructions are in the seat of each chair. Enjoy!

I had been looking for a pair of comfortable sitting chairs for our den. Being a little nervous about buying something "sight unseen", I asked for a fabric swatch. Also, Costco's return policy gave me the confidence to go ahead and purchase these chairs. I'm so glad I did! They are beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. I've had many compliments from visiting friends. I highly recommend these chairs!

Our two chairs arrived about a week after we ordered them. They were each in a large cardboard box and completely covered. The legs were easy to attach. The fabric is beautiful and applied with care and craftmanship. The chairs are a pleasure to sit in and are very comfortable. They make a great addition to a corner sitting area in our master bedroom. Thank you Costco and USA Chair!

I would never have ordered these chairs without the ability to return them to Costco. I really was concerned that the quality would not be very good having ordered them without first seeing them. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chairs and the fabric too. I really love them. Guests have admired them and have been surprised that they came from Costco. I recommend them 100%.
